APAM has completed the sale of St Pauls Chambers, Sheffield, for £3.02M c. 14.5% above business plan.
Asset managing through to sale, the team enhanced the investment value by maximising lease income, duration and quality. This included a lease re-gear agreed with the anchor tenant, extending the lease term by 10 years, rent reviews with RPI uplifts and the main tenant covenant improved to its main holding company.
