APAM Buys Manchester Office

APAM has bought 60 Spring Gardens in Manchester from Aviva for £7.8m.
The 26,000 sq ft Grade II listed property designed by Alfred Waterhouse was bought with South African private investor NPV international.
The building is fully let to insurance company Ageas UK with five years remaining on the lease.
APAM director Chris Taylor said: “The acquisition of Spring Gardens is the first of several core-plus acquisitions anticipated over 2016.”
CBRE acted for Aviva; APAM and NPV International were unrepresented.
