APAM is pleased to have completed the sale of 35 retail and mixed use assets located throughout Scotland to a private Glasgow based investor.
The properties were acquired on behalf of Värde Partners in late 2014 as part of a larger portfolio from Local Shopping REIT PLC. The sale completed irrespective of the uncertainty created by the Brexit Referendum Result.
