APAM Continues to Grow with New Senior Asset Manager

Alan Harris at APAMAlliance Property Asset Management (APAM) has expanded its continuing growing team with the appointment of Alan Harris as its new senior asset manager. The specialist UK property asset management firm, which focuses on enhancing value in commercial, residential and leisure property across the UK, currently employs 25 members of staff across its offices in London, Manchester and Sheffield.
Alan has over 30 years’ experience in property asset management having run the UK asset management division of Green Property PLC. Starting with a UK portfolio of just £25m he oversaw the transformation of Green UK into a major player with gross assets under management in excess of £1bn. Most recently Alan ran Weybourne Asset Management, a niche investment/asset management vehicle based in London, sourcing and asset managing real estate investment opportunities on behalf of high net worth investors. Based in APAM’s London office, Alan will provide strategic advice and asset management to its clients and their property portfolios.
