APAM’s listing demonstrates and celebrates the company’s reputation for successful asset management and exit execution. It also underlines the commitment and hard work that has gone into growing the business across the region. APAM’s investment team is continuing to proactively target on and off market commercial real estate opportunities to expand its existing portfolio of £1.3 billion of assets under management.
APAM provides an ‘end to end’ service for all clients to deliver their investment strategy with specialists in real estate investment, asset management, property management, financing accounting and client reporting. This approach is testament to APAM’s growth strategy as the company has adapted to a challenging economy and geopolitical shifts. APAM has successfully transitioned to three key business streams maintaining a balance across distressed bank workouts, identifying high return opportunities for Private Equity Clients and co investing in prime assets alongside global high net worth individuals and institutions.
“We are honoured to be recognised as one of Greater Manchester’s Fastest 50. Manchester is central to APAM’s vision as we continue to focus on opportunities that offer strong fundamentals and prospects to add value. We see Manchester as a growth engine for APAM’s business given the quality of professionals we employ and the regional coverage that we can service from our Manchester office. We have been proactively targeting regional investments for our global client base whilst backing our own belief co-investing alongside our capital partners.” Simon Cooke director at APAM.
