APAM has arranged the sale of two prime retail units in Reading and Colchester to a private client

APAM has arranged the sale of two prime retail units in Reading and Colchester to a private client for in excess of £11 million.
The properties on Broad Street Reading and High Street Colchester are let to Lloyds, Superdrug and Office Shoes.
The properties formed part of the Toucan and Peacock portfolios which were acquired in November 2015.
Kevin Etchells at APAM commented: “We are delighted with the sale of these assets which produced a profitable exit on behalf of APAM’s client.”
