APAM sells Mitre Buildings

APAM Ltd, UK real estate asset and investment manager, represented by Allsop, has completed the sale of the Mitre Buildings located on the edge of Harlow Town Centre for £5.5M, reflecting a Capital Value of £148 psf. The asset, comprising of 6 attractive self-contained office buildings totalling a GIA of 37,048 sq ft and a neighbouring car park, was acquired as part of a portfolio on behalf of a private equity client in 2015 for c. £4M.

Despite the uncertainty and trepidation caused by the recent general election, APAM’s sales programmes and investment strategies have remained buoyant and we continue to identify regional investments for our global client base. APAM’s investment team is proactively targeting on and off market commercial real estate opportunities to expand its existing portfolio of £1.3Bn of assets under management.
