Catella APAM, the specialist UK real estate investment manager, has apointed Lynne Van der Meer as Head of Property Management.
The recruitment comes as APAM has been appointed by the lenders to the Debenture securitisation of four former intu malls including intu Eldon Square in Newcastle, intu Potteries in Stoke, and into Soar in Braehead.
Der Meer has 18 years’ multi-disciplinary experience as a property surveyor in development, valuation and property management. Der Meer has worked in a senior Property Management role at JLL and MAPP and brings experience with institutional clients such as UBS, Royal London and St. James’s Place.
She was part of the senior team that “onboarded over 300 properties for Royal London, which led to a UK property fund worth over £2.7bn (RLUKREF)” APAM said. More recently she worked at MAPP, where she was a client director for over 150 properties, owned by St. James’s Place.
