A multi-million-pound refurbishment of One Colmore Row, a landmark office building, in central Birmingham has now been completed to improve facilities for workers and visitors.

The investment has created a new glazed entrance lobby and enlarged reception space, with touchdown workspace, grab and go coffee offer and informal meeting areas. New showers, changing facilities and secure bicycle storage have been added in the basement ensuring the occupiers now have an excellent wellbeing offer within the building.

In addition, the vacant sixth floor office has undergone an extensive refurbishment and now offers modern contemporary office accommodation benefiting from exposed ductwork and suspended LED light fittings, a reconfigured lift lobby and WCs.
