• The AM strategy has been to carry out a rolling floor by floor refurbishment to a Cat A plus specification. Two floors have been pre-let prior to completion of the refurbishment works in previous years
• Refurbishment of the 4th, 5th and 7th floors due for completion in Q4 2021. This includes the 4th floor fitted to a Cat B specification
• Refurbishment includes installation of a new shower block and cycling facilities and a reception refresh
