• Initiated tenant engagement and events programme to engender community spirit on park
• Headline rental levels increased by c. 25%
• Implemented Park wide landlord investments including new landscaping, signage, lighting and smart building technology
• The Park recently won the ‘2020 The Morgan Lovell Workplace of the Future award’ as well as the ‘2020 Business Park Innovation award’
• Building 1320 won ‘Best refurbishment outside of London’ in 2019 OAS Development Awards
• Sold in 2020 for £129.25M and retained as asset manager and corporate service provider
