  • Took over Asset Management responsibilities in July 2021
  • Managed the onboarding of a new property manager
  • Successfully stabilised the portfolio following reduced occupancy rates off the back of the Covid 19 pandemic
  • Mandated with assisting CRIM in their ambitions to grow their existing UK student portfolio
