On Tuesday 18th June, Simon Cooke, director of APAM, spoke at the Business Hub in High Wycombe on the importance of ‘Inclusive Leadership.’ Gloria Moss, who organised the event, said Simon “opened the audience’s eyes to the extraordinarily positive outcomes of Inclusive Leadership, with enhancements of productivity, motivation and well-being for employees and increased satisfaction for customers.” Gloria recently released a new book on Inclusive Leadership (Routledge, https://lnkd.in/dB5Yk-U) whereby APAM features as a case study. The book demonstrates APAM’s confidence to move away from an old-fashioned command and control environment to a more inclusive workplace.
