APAM is marketing its latest refurbishment at Arlington Business Park with an augmented reality walk-through.

Building 1320 was formally the home of Arrow Electronics which has downsized and moved to across the park to Building 1230.

APAM expects to complete an extension and refurbishment of 20,000 sq ft Building 1320 in December but you can already take a look inside.

A two-storey front extension has been added with double height reception, exposed services, high quality finishes, landscaping enhancements and pedestrianisation of the area at the front of the building.

It is designed to be either single or multi-let.

APAM asset manager Ben Dickins said: “It has been designed with tech and creative industries in mind but the finishes chosen have a refined quality feel to ensure the building appeals to as broad an audience as possible.”

If the building is multi-let the space is designed to allow for the reception area and first floor lobby to be separated by glazed partitions.

Mr Dickins added: “The building is unique in terms of its size and is the only standalone 20,000 sq ft office building in the Thames Valley.

“It has exposed services finishes with excellent floor to ceiling height and a loft style pitched roof on the second floor. The lake views are stunning as well!”
