Glasgow move for Webhelp
Global contact centre Webhelp Group has agreed a deal to occupy around 40,000 sq ft in CityPark, Glasgow.
The company will occupy part of the first floor of the 292,000 sq ft building on a five-year lease after relocating from its existing base at Atlantic Quay.
The France-based group will move around 1,000 staff into the new space, where it will provide call-centre facilities to a range of businesses.
CityPark is managed by APAM, which was appointed in 2011 to asset manage the property by special servicer Hatfield Philips on behalf of a syndicate of banks.
The building is around one mile from the city centre, and is also home to tenants including Dell and Glasgow City Council.
CBRE and Lambert Smith Hampton are joint letting agents on CityPark.
