- Bankfoot APAM managed the development overseeing the complex delivery of the mixed-use city centre project. APAM guided proposals through a significant planning process with WCC
- Wellbeing was a key focus for the project, and a semi-private courtyard garden was created within the centre of the development to provide an outside area for building users and visitors to enjoy
- The completed development has received various awards, including the Architizer Award for its modern, contemporary architecture
