Congratulations to Will Fish and Briony Wilks!

We’re proud to announce that Will Fish from our London Asset Management team has successfully passed his RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (#APC) to become a Chartered Surveyor, and Briony Wilks, an Accountant in our Manchester team, has completed her #ACCA qualification to become a Chartered Accountant.

At Catella APAM, we are dedicated to enabling our employees to reach their professional goals. Our study support packages include mentorship, study and examination leave, and financial assistance to ensure our team members have the resources they need to achieve their ambitions.

Will’s journey reflects the growth opportunities at Catella APAM. Joining as a property manager in 2021, Will transitioned to asset management within two years, now serving as an Asset Manager. His achievement is a testament to the career development support we offer all our employees.

Victoria Morgan (nee Mann), Head of Asset Management, shared: “I am delighted (yet not surprised!) that Will passed his APC. He worked incredibly hard, building on his knowledge and dedication. At Catella APAM, we value continuous learning and development, and we couldn’t be prouder of Will for this milestone.”

Briony’s achievement follows her recent completion of an Applied Accounting Degree! Having been with Catella APAM since 2022, we couldn’t be more proud of the hard work and dedication she has displayed.

Melissa Baldwin, Managing Director, commented: “We’re thrilled for Briony’s success in completing her ACCA qualification. Her commitment to advancing her skills and expertise has been impressive, and this accomplishment marks an important milestone in her career.”

Congratulations to Will and Briony!
