Data Management Value Add

  • Redesigned and enhanced investor reporting to meet and exceed the requirements of sophisticated fixed income investors and accommodating the rapidly changing requirements of an entity undergoing a restructuring process.
  • Prepared and maintained a bespoke model tracking unit level activity against business plan.
  • Produced a weekly cashflow model to analyse portfolio liquidity and required operating capital.
  • Produced 199 reports since appointment.

Property Management Oversight Value Add

  • Improved property management and risk management reporting to enable portfolio strategies and day to day decisions to be made using up to date and correct data.
  • Arrears reduced from £25M to £8M within first two years of appointment.
  • Improved cash reserves from £3M to £28M. 

Asset Management Value Add

  • Outperformed the business plan from January 2021 to June 2022 by collecting c. £2M additional rent arrears than forecast from the Covid lockdowns affected periods.
  • 2021 sale of the shopping parade at 30% above its external valuation.

People and Change Management Value Add

  • Integrated existing on-site staff into management structure and took on three directly employed head office staff through a TUPE transfer.
  • Improved communications and positive alignment of individuals personal objectives to align with those of the business plan.
  • Transferred control of website to APAM and designed, launched and maintained it on behalf of Debenture plc, including providing updates, reports and regulatory news statements in conjunction with posts to the London stock exchange.
