Bankfoot APAM, the specialist UK Development Manager, is delighted to announce Adam Fairless has joined the business as Development Director. Adam joins from CBRE, where in his most recent role as Divisional Projects Director, he was responsible for growing their Principal Contracting offer with particular focus on Global clients creating unique outcomes built on integration and partnership. As part of this role, he was fundamental in driving ESG portfolio change and delivering forward looking space.
