Catella APAM (“APAM”), the specialist UK & Ireland real estate asset manager, announces its appointment as Investment Adviser and Asset Manager for Chandos Investments PLC (“Chandos”), which owns 8 grocery anchored retail venues throughout Ireland.

The portfolio will be managed by the APAM including a new recruit, Evan Ryan, who joins from Legal and General. Patrick Anderson a former director of Chandos and Tony Christie will also be part of the team.
Chandos contains 8 grocery and value led retail venues in Dublin, Cork and Dundalk. With over 275 tenants and 16.3M p.a. of footfall across the portfolio.
