Catella APAM Celebrates Double Finalist Nominations In Property Week’s Inspiring Women In Property Awards

Catella APAM, a leading UK asset and investment manager, is delighted to announce that two of its team members, Melissa Baldwin and Carrie Howey, have been named finalists in Property Week’s Inspiring Women in Property Awards. Melissa Baldwin is a finalist for Woman of the Year, whilst Carrie Howey is a finalist in the Unsung Hero category.

Melissa Baldwin, Catella APAM’s Joint-Managing Director, has demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic vision throughout her eight-year career at Catella APAM. Melissa has expanded the company’s service offerings and established multiple entities, ensuring robust operational frameworks. Her hands-on approach and dedication to operational excellence have resulted in significant cost savings and enhanced efficiency across the Catella APAM Group. Melissa’s leadership in DE&I and her commitment to mentoring future leaders have further solidified her reputation as a role model and an exceptional figure in the UK real estate industry.

Carrie Howey, Operations Data Manager, has been instrumental in championing wellbeing and DE&I initiatives across Catella APAM. Over her four-year tenure, Carrie has launched several impactful programmes, including the ‘Tea & Talk’ sessions aimed at fostering a safe space to talk about mental health and well-being. Her efforts have significantly contributed to the positive workplace environment at Catella APAM. Carrie has also been pivotal in establishing the company’s DE&I committee and has driven numerous charitable initiatives.
