Catella APAM Completes Deal At One Sixty Dundee Street Edinburgh

Catella APAM (“APAM”) has completed a deal with Subsurface Global, who form part of the WeConnect energy network, and provide specialist recruitment and contracting solutions to the global energy sector.

Subsurface Global have signed a new 5-year lease on a floor plate of 2,500 sq ft. This was the last available suite, and the building is now fully let.

APAM acquired the asset on behalf of NPV Edinburgh Ltd February 2018. The property is strategically located in the Fountainbridge area of Edinburgh City Centre.

David Parry, Asset Manager at APAM said, “We are very excited to welcome Subsurface Global to the recently refurbished One Sixty Dundee Street. The building’s new and improved reception area, business lounge as well as changing rooms and shower facilities support Subsurface Global’s requirements for a high-quality workspace, complemented by a strong amenity offering and ESG strategy.”

Richard Madden, Managing Director at Subsurface Global added, “We are thrilled to have found the perfect new office space for our team at One Sixty Dundee Street in Edinburgh. Our search for a modern, bright workspace with on-site parking and excellent transport links has been extensive, and we couldn’t be happier with what we have found. APAM and, our new landlord NPV Edinburgh Ltd, have been extremely supportive throughout the process, and we would like to thank them for their efforts. We are also grateful to the team at Savills for their assistance in securing this space. Our staff are eagerly looking forward to moving in and making the most of our fantastic new home.”

Mike Irvine, Director and Head of Office Agency at Savills Edinburgh said, “We are delighted to secure the new letting at One Sixty Dundee Street to Subsurface Global which we think is testament to the quality of the recently refurbished building, its excellent car parking, location and the rental discount that it offers relative to significant rental inflation on other city centre offices.”
