Catella APAM, acting on behalf of Greater Manchester Pension Fund, is excited to announce the openings of Rosa’s Thai and ProCook at Chantry Place, further enhancing the destination’s mix of retail and dining offerings.
Rosa’s Thai celebrated its launch with a traditional Thai blessing ceremony led by Buddhist monks from the Wat Arun Norfolk Buddhist Temple. The moving ceremony included chants, prayers, and rituals, symbolising good luck and positivity for the restaurant and its team.
Founder Saiphin Moore emphasised, “It’s important to me that we always do this when we open a new restaurant as it’s a huge part of my culture and upbringing.”
ProCook, the UK’s leading specialist in kitchenware, has brought its exceptional range of cookware, tableware and kitchen appliances to Chantry Place. Customers can explore high-quality products, such as cast-iron cookware and customisable cookware sets, while receiving expert advice from the knowledgeable ProCook team.
Paul McCarthy, General Manager at Chantry Place, added: “We are so pleased that ProCook has joined us at Chantry Place and the new store looks fantastic. We are sure our visitors will love shopping at the UK’s leading specialist kitchenware store, with its own brand cookware and tableware.”
Nathan Reidy, Associate Director at Catella APAM, commented “We are thrilled to welcome Rosa’s Thai and ProCook to Chantry Place. These openings mark an exciting step in our ongoing efforts to create a diverse and dynamic destination. With more new openings to come ahead of Christmas, we are committed to enhancing the visitor experience at Chantry Place.”
