Catella APAM, acting on behalf of Britannia Invest A/S, is pleased to announce the completion of a 16-year lease agreement with Victoria College of Art and Design at Bridgewater House, Manchester.
The lease, covering the 5th floor, spans 20,034 sq. ft. with an annual rent of £26 per sq. ft.
Bridgewater House offers 180,000 sq. ft. of character office space across 10 floors, with features including communal amenity space, a café, a business lounge, and substantial on-site shower and cycle storage facilities. The space has recently been refurbished, with 20,000 sq. ft. currently undergoing renovation on the 4th floor, ready to be launched in the new year.
