Catella APAM Welcomes Wingstop to Chantry Place, Norwich

Catella APAM, the specialist UK real estate asset and investment manager, is pleased to announce the opening of Wingstop at Chantry Place, Norwich – the first in a series of new lettings set to launch at the scheme this summer.

Wingstop has opened in a 4,400 sq ft unit fronting Chantry Plain, bringing its globally recognised wings and bold flavours to the heart of Norwich, contributing to both the vibrancy of the city centre and the continued evolution of Chantry Place as a destination of choice.

With Chantry Place already being one of the most visited retail and leisure schemes in the East of England, Wingstop’s arrival adds further momentum to the centre’s repositioning, with additional openings scheduled to follow in the weeks ahead.

Nathan Reidy, Associate Director at Catella APAM, commented:
“Wingstop’s arrival is indicative of our active leasing strategy and the market’s confidence in Chantry Place. We’re laying the groundwork for a dynamic summer of openings that will broaden the centre’s appeal and attract new audiences.”

Catella APAM is working in partnership with the scheme’s owner to deliver a targeted roll-out of high-quality, experience-led operators. These lettings form part of a wider asset strategy to enhance the occupier mix, boost dwell time, and create long-term value across the centre.
