Catella APAM (“APAM”) has completed a deal with Onefile LTD, the learning software specialist, at Corner Block in Manchester.
OneFile will take part of the 6th floor, which comprises 5,090 sq ft of fully fitted workspace, and is also home to Search Consultancy, Arch Europe and Ingenious Legal.
APAM acquired the asset, on behalf of Britannia A/S, in October 2020, and began a refurbishment of the buildings large, open and flexible floorplate which spans six floors.
Located prominently at the intersection of Deansgate and Quay Street in the heart of Manchester and with good access to Spinningfields, Corner Block is surrounded by a number of established occupiers in the tech, digital and creative sectors, with the wider area having evolved into a media hub in recent years.
