Catella APAM (“APAM”), the specialist UK & Ireland real estate asset manager, is delighted to announce Hotel Chocolat has revealed plans to open 50 new UK stores following the “huge success” of Chantry Place Shopping Centre in Norwich.
It comes after the British chocolatier opened a new cafe in the city’s Chantry Place back in July. The firm already had a shop located on the upper ground floor of the shopping centre but it expanded into the neighbouring unit to open a cafe alongside it.
The cafe serves hot and cold drinks, including hot chocolates and milkshakes, ice cream and sweet treats such as brownies.
Nathan Reidy, Senior Asset Manager at APAM said: “Hotel Chocolat has always been a brand that appeals strongly to our customers at Chantry Place and the opportunity to increase their offer, alongside the introduction of the café, was something we felt sure would be a great success. Its performance since opening, alongside the continued wider success of both our established brands and the recent introduction of Rituals, Breitling and a larger Beaverbrooks store, have continued to evolve our offer and we look forward to introducing further exciting brands over the coming months.”
