Catella APAM (“APAM”), the specialist UK & Ireland real estate asset manager, is delighted to announce two senior promotions and a new senior appointment to its rapidly growing business.
Tony Christie has been promoted to Director of the UK operational board, Andrew Day takes a new role of Head of Asset Management (North) based in Manchester, and Victoria Morgan, joins the business as Head of Asset Management (South), based in London.
Tony Christie will oversee all UK real estate activities and will be responsible for new public and private sector business development and managing key client relationships.
Andrew Day will take responsibility for the leadership and growth of the Manchester based real estate services and investment pipeline together with asset managing a number of larger mandates.
Victoria Morgan will be based in the London office and will be responsible for a number of asset management mandates particularly in the office and industrial sectors. Victoria brings a wealth of experience having held senior positions at Westcore Europe, Capitaland and M7.
