Deborah Walsh Joins Catella APAM As Facilities Manager

Catella APAM (“APAM”), the specialist UK and Ireland real estate asset and investment manager, is pleased to announce the appointment of Deborah Walsh as Facilities Manager. Deborah will be based in APAM’s Manchester office.

Bringing with her a wealth of experience, Deborah has spent over 18 years in facilities management, health and safety, and office management. Her journey has included the management of diverse portfolios, encompassing notable locations such as the Media Centre Network in Huddersfield, The Round Foundry and Tower Works as part of Holbeck Urban Village in Leeds, and Electric Works in Sheffield, which is a key part of the Digital Campus. More recently, she has made significant contributions at Crisis in Oxford, The Hut Group in Manchester, and ISS on the Unipart NHS Contract.

Commenting on her appointment, Deborah Walsh stated, “I earned my stripes managing a vast portfolio in the North for Creative Space Management, and I’m excited to bring my expertise to Catella APAM.”
